Your Architect

Kenneth Keyaerts

Legally recognised by the Belgian Order of Architects

Building or renovating is one of the most far-reaching decisions you will make: your budget, your time, and your future are at stake. That calls for an architect who thoroughly investigates what is possible, before anything is drawn.

At Key-Design, I believe a design is only good once it has been tested against reality: the regulations, the budget, and what a contractor will later have to do with it. I apply this approach to every project, from a targeted extension to a complete new build.

As a registered architect with the Order of Architects, I guide you from the first sketch to the handover of the keys: the permit application, the comparison of contractors, the weekly site inspections. One consistent point of contact for the entire journey.

Visualisation & Renders

Besides Key-Design Architects, Kenneth is also co-founder of Through Renders, a visualisation studio founded together with partner Thomas Desmet that turns your dream into photorealistic 3D images.

The Journey

Working together is simple

We want you to feel at ease from the very first contact. That's why we use a clear, approachable way of working, without complicated jargon or unnecessary hurdles.

1

The Introduction

Completely free and without obligation. We have a coffee on your building plot or at your home, or schedule a short video call. We discuss your dreams, needs, and the feasibility.

2

The Preliminary Design

Kenneth translates your ideas into atmospheric plans and mood boards. With the help of the sunlight and massing study, you see right away how the sun will flow through your future home.

3

Build & Handover

We handle the entire permit application, compare contractors, and inspect the site weekly. You simply watch your dream home become reality, right up to the handover of the keys.
